Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before using www.norwajewelry.com (the “Site”). By accessing this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. If at any time you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use this Site.

COPYRIGHT & TRADE MARKS

All trademarks, logos, service marks and trade names are proprietary to Norwa Jewelry or other respective owners that have granted the Site the right and license to use such intellectual property. All content and materials on the Site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips and software, are owned, controlled or licensed by Norwa Jewelry. Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of the Site for the sole purpose of placing an order on the Site or using the Site as a shopping resource. No permission is given by us in respect of the use of any such property and such use may constitute an infringement of the owners’ rights. Any other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display or performance, of the content of the Site is strictly prohibited.

TRANSACTION

We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after your receipt of an order confirmation. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. 

We reserve the right to change any information including Conditions on the Site, and your continued use of the Site (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the Conditions then you must immediately stop using the Site

LIMITATION ON LIABILITY

In no event shall Norwa Jewelry be liable for any indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages, even if Norwa Jewelry has been previously advised of the possibility of such damages, whether in an action, under contract, negligence or any other theory, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use or performance of the information, services, products and materials available from the Site. These limitations shall apply notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose or the existence of any limited remedy. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitations may not apply to you. Norwa Jewelry will not be liable for any delay in performance if to the extent that any delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident. 

PRICING POLICY

We try our very best to ensure that our prices are consistent throughout our website, catalogues and stores. However, we may also have different prices or promotional events at different times. All of our prices are in Baht. If your purchases are made from overseas, currency fluctuations and credit card charges causes differences in the amount billed in your credit card. Please note that prices in all printed publications are correct at the time of publication and we reserve the right to amend these without prior notification. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within 5 days after receiving your order, please let us know and we will consider our best solutions for you. We will also gladly offer an exchange in the form of a Norwa merchandise credit. Norwa Jewelry is not responsible for return shipping fees and related costs. We may charge additional handling fees before issuing refunds. We may also offer returnless resolutions. This occurs when we issue a refund or replacement and let the buyer keep the product. Any packaging, shipping or handling charges are non-refundable. All duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable. The returned product(s) must be unworn and in the original packaging. For more information, please contact us directly.

We reserve the right to cancel and delete the order if we do not receive the payment within 3 days after you place the order.
