Your order is shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) Basic, meaning the price displayed at checkout is exclusive of all taxes and duties. We are unable to calculate the amount of duties and taxes your package that will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Our online deliveries require the signature of an adult over the age of 18 upon delivery. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, we do not ship orders to Post Offices (P.O.) Boxes.

Orders will be delivered to the address provided in your order for delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is correct and accurate. We will not be able to modify orders once the parcel(s) has been dispatched. If your order is returned to us because the courier or postal service could not complete the delivery for whatever reasons, then you will be responsible for the repeat delivery costs. Norwa Jewelry is not responsible for direct or indirect losses which occur and which are not foreseeable by you and us, including but not limited to: loss of income or revenue, loss of business, loss of profits or contracts, loss of anticipated savings. We are not responsible for any delay in, or failure of, performance of our obligations under these terms arising from any cause beyond our reasonable control including any of the following: act of God, governmental act, war, fire, flood, explosion or civil commotion, failure in information technology or telecommunications services, failure of a third party (including failure to supply data) and industrial action.


Norwa Jewelry accepts Paypal, Credit and Debit card payments. Bank transfer is accepted for orders made in Thailand (Please email/ text us). Orders can be made on our website (recommended), Facebook messenger, and Line Chat application. 


You will receive updates regarding the status of your order at the email address provided upon your time of purchase. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number(s) which you can use to track your shipping status with the respective logistics company. Please allow 1 – 3 business days to process and ship your order, pending inventory availability. Delivery estimate is depended on the country of delivery. We do not ship on the weekends or US holidays.


We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within 5 days after receiving your order, please let us know and we will consider our best solutions for you. We will also gladly offer an exchange in the form of a Norwa merchandise credit.

Norwa Jewelry is not responsible for return shipping fees and related costs. We may charge additional handling fees before issuing refunds. We may also offer returnless resolutions. This occurs when we issue a refund or replacement and let the buyer keep the product. For more information, please contact us directly. Any packaging, shipping or handling charges are non-refundable. All duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable. The returned product(s) must be unworn and in the original packaging.
